That is a wrap for this semester! Whether you are still finishing up this semester with finals and projects or just completed your last final for the semester, I want to say what a FANTASTIC job you did this semester! Sometimes for me, I can get caught up in all the final grading and how a letter reflects my performance; however, it is not the be-all-end-all. While it does reflect to a certain extent, it does not define YOU!
You are more than a letter grade. You are more than what your professor(s) may say. You are more than what the perceived expectations of you are. You are more than what you may even think you are. You are enough.
Now is the time to relax and decompress from your academic studies as you return home to your family and friends. Take this time to do the things that fill you up as a person! Take time to rest mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Do the things that you love to do. Something I like to do when resting is to do something adventurous and out of the ordinary. Do something fun! Or simply… rest. You’ve earned it. You deserve it. We did it.
