Summer is here and in full swing! I have two classes this summer so that I will be able to get a head start on some of the pre-requisites for a few required classes. Summer classes are nice because they aren’t too crowded but they sure are busy and fast paced! They require a lot more time which has made it increasingly difficult when it comes to looking for a job. It’s been hard finding a good job that pays well enough but doesn’t demand all of my attention and time to put into it. I keep looking and trying new things out and I’m hoping to find something soon- within the next two weeks.
For my language class I decided to take ASL. I took it in high school and enjoyed it thoroughly! I am really enjoying it still, and my professor is actually Deaf so we are able to be fully immersed in the language and culture in class. It is such a beautiful language and so interesting to study!
