Thanksgiving is here and there are a lot of things I am thankful for. This is my last year of college and its really starting to hit me that I am graduating soon. It is really hard to believe that soon I’ll be out in the real world trying to find a job. I am mainly thankful for my parents. They have always helped me get out of sticky situations, even if I created those sticky situations. They really helped guide me through situations and gave me advice on how to act and what to do. I would not be in the situation I am right now without them, I wouldn’t be graduating without them.
Having a support system is very important while you are in college. College is a very difficult and fun time. Having someone to vent to and get advice from is very important to your success. When you are in college, most people are on their own for the first time, their future is all on them and how they do in school. Things can get very overwhelming at points and having someone there to help you and support you is very important. You do not have to do everything in life alone and college is something you shouldn’t do alone.
