Summer is quickly coming to an end and although I’m excited for my junior year of college, I’m having withdrawals of leaving my internship. Every summer is always a busy summer for me. In high school I was always traveling across the United States, not necessarily for vacation, but for summer camps in lacrosse or leadership programs. Once I arrived to college, I had a different mindset. I wanted to take advantage of the many opportunities college had to offer. Whether it was an internship or research position, I wanted to get my hands on with my field. Look into the career center at your school or speak to your advisor on what exactly there is out there for you to do. There’s many ways you get the most out of your college experience.
