My grandparents never really had enough money to help my parents with college and my parents have never had enough money to help me with college. My mom and dad both started college but never got through it. My mom was working and going to college but, the place she was working at would schedule her during school hours instead of working around her schedule, so she figured she’d just work instead of go to college. Same thing with my dad but he also had to help his parents with things at home.
I want to pursue a job in sonography and go to a community college, which is cheaper than a university. I want to be successful and make my own money so that when I am older and have children I want to able to help pay for their college and on top of that be able to provide. I have never been well off and I want to be the one in my family that is able to get through college and make my own money.
