Hey all,

I hope the year finds you well. I am two weeks away from completing my second term(Winter Term) at Dartmouth College. My course load this term was intense and I found myself pulling several all nighters in order to maximize my studying and tasks that I got done. I would not recommend this rigorous method, but you have to do what you have to do. I have learned that when push comes to shove, you have to handle your business and if it does not get done, there is no one to blame but yourself. That is why I try to balance my social life and academic life. I am also finding that networking in college is huge. I have been constantly updating my LinkedIn profile, connecting with Alumni, applying to internships, and doing all I can to maximize my potential here at Dartmouth College. It’s funny, I have been speaking to all of my first year college peers and one thing is the same amongst all of us. We all thought we were the king and Queens of our high school, “top-dogs”, but college has a way of bringing you back to reality and grounding you. Going forward, I have much adversity to face in regards to college, but I must not stop now as the battle is far from over. Keep going and keep grinding.
