Freshman year is (almost) officially over!!! I am fortunate enough to not have a crazy finals week, just a few tests and a paper. This first year has definitely been an experience to remember; between cohabiting with others, balancing school and social activities, remembering to eat (believe me, you forget!), and finding work this year has been something else.
I am so fortunate to have had amazing roommates and support system to help me get through this year. There were many times that school felt impossible and I wanted to give up, but with the help of the ones I love they would not allow it. College is a difficult time trying to find a constant balance between responsibilities and social activities. It is important to remember that school work and grades are the main priority (even if it does not always feel like it).
I am so glad to have had an enjoyable freshman year and I cannot wait to see what the next semester has in store for me!
