Happy Fall, everyone! As the semester is ramping up before break and finals, now more than ever I continue to rely on the amazing support system I’ve created over my time in school. I’m so incredibly grateful for the community that is around my school because it makes me feel such a sense of comradery that we’re all in these tough spots together. Nothing feels better than bonding with your fellow classmates when things get tough. Nothing helps me more though than my family and my loved ones around me. Even though they can’t personally relate to what I’m going through, even just lending an ear and listening to my troubles helps immensely. College is such a complex and fast-paced time for everyone, so having someone or even something to fall back on to release some stress and anxiety is honestly so helpful. My friends, my mom, and my boyfriend are the people that I rely on the most to get me through these stressful times. So when you sense that things are starting to ramp up in life, make sure you have a good cushion of people around you that you can rely on so you don’t lose yourself in the stress and work.
