My story begins on March 12, 2002 in Guadalajara Mexico. I was born to two parents who did not have enough money to go to college. My dad is from Santiago De Cuba. He barely had any money for his clothes. My mom is from Guadalajara Mexico,&’ she did not even have enough money to buy a dollar ice cream at the stands. When they had me, they almost immediately decided that they should come to the U.S. My dad is a music producer so he is self-employed, as is my mother who is a cosmetologist. When I was 5, my parents got divorced so I would spend a week with my dad &’ another with my mom. It was with my Dad that I discovered the FBI shows such as Criminal Minds, Law & Order, Cold Case, etc. I was hooked on the idea of being an Agent & helping put away the people who have done harm to others. My dream still stands with me 12 years later as I wish for the opportunity to study Criminal Justice at Sam Houston University, the number one school for criminology.
