Hi everyone; I hope everyone’s semester is going great. I am in my last semester of college, so I am having some bittersweet moments. I am not too busy this semester, so I have been enjoying more things on campus and spending more time with my friends. Unfortunately, most of my friends live out of state, so I will only be able to see them all the time once we graduate. However, we have created more memories, like snow tubing, game nights, and movie nights. It is nice being able to laugh and talk to each other because we know we will not have the freedom and time to do things like this in the future.
While at St. Olaf, I went to some events on campus, but not as many as I could have gone to. I will miss how accessible events are to attend because they are either right on campus or provide transportation to get there. It is also a great way to interact with different people and create new bonds with people. Another thing I will miss about St. Olaf is how pretty the sunset is on campus. St. Olaf is on a hill, so we can see the sunset at a pretty good level, and the colors are always so beautiful. I never really cared for sunsets before I came here, but I will miss them when I graduate.
As I reflect on my time on campus, there are many things I will miss at St. Olaf, but I still have one more semester to enjoy everything I will miss and try things I have not done before. I hope the semester goes great for you all and you can make some great memories on your campuses.
